Privacy Policy

We collect account and contact details, wedding preferences, budgets, dates, locations, vendor records, messages, uploaded documents, support requests, and vendor business profile information that you choose to provide. We also receive basic security and diagnostic information when you use the service.

We use information to operate wedding planning and vendor collaboration, generate and review recommendations, extract details from documents, coordinate appointments, deliver notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Virae uses service providers for authentication and data storage, AI processing, search, email delivery, maps and location search, hosting, and application operations. These providers process information only for the services they supply to Virae.

Couple information is shared with a vendor only after a vendor relationship is created. Vendor-private records remain restricted to vendor members. A vendor storefront image and social profile links are public business-profile information and may be accessible outside a connected wedding. Operations staff can access records needed to review recommendations, coordinate requested appointments, and answer support messages.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Couple and vendor accounts can be permanently deleted from Settings or the account-deletion page. If a vendor business has another member, ownership is transferred before the departing account is removed. Data we are legally required to retain may be held only for the required period.
