Terms of Service

Virae provides planning, organization, recommendation, and coordination tools. Recommendations, AI-generated information, extracted contract facts, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, and vendor terms must be independently reviewed before you make a commitment.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login, confirming contractual and payment details, and obtaining permission before uploading documents or sharing another person's information.

Virae is not a party to agreements between couples and vendors. Final selection, contracting, payment, performance, cancellation, and disputes remain between those parties.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use automated activity that disrupts Virae or creates unreasonable costs.

The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Virae is provided without guarantees that every recommendation, extraction, notification, or third-party integration will be complete or error-free.
